Deal Maritime & Local History Museum

DM&LHM is packed to the rafters with objects from Deal’s history as an important seaside town – full-sized boats & model boats; tales of smuggling, fishing, the four local lifeboat stations and the wrecks on the Goodwin Sands; beach combings and cannons; local shop & pub signs; famous local people; the Royal Marines’ band service and its impact on the town and much more.
